Marco Polo Hongkong Hotel

The hotel is located in a fantastic location, close to the Harbour City mall and just a short walk from the Star Ferry. It is also conveniently near the MTR, making it easy to explore the city. there is a shopping mall nearby that sells everything you need for your stay.

The check-in/check-out counters at the hotel can have long waiting times, which can be annoying for guests.

During my recent stay at Marco Polo, I was delighted by the hotel's convenient location. It was close to everything, especially the shops, making it easy for me to explore and shop around. The hotel also provided a phone to make reservations and find places, helpful. The staff were friendly and professional, going above and beyond to make my stay nice. Before my arrival, I mentioned that it was my husband's birthday, and they surprised us with a small cheesecake and birthday greetings throughout our stay. The hotel also provided complimentary amenities such as bathrobes, slippers, shampoo, soap, tea, and coffee. They even gave us free bottled water after they fixed our rooms. Despite some minor drawbacks, like the dated rooms and uncomfortable bed, the overall service and experience were really good. I highly recommend this hotel for its staff, convenience, and thoughtful gestures.

The staff at Marco Polo were incredibly friendly and professional. The size of the room was large and comfortable, perfect for young holiday goers. We were delighted when they surprised us with a birthday cake and chocolates for the birthday girl. The highlight of our stay was the breathtaking view of Victoria Harbour from our window. The location of the hotel was also unbeatable, right on the Star Ferry Terminal. We also appreciated the free bus transfer to Kowloon Station for the airport.

We were really surprised by the good size of our room, as we had heard that hotel rooms in this city are notoriously small. The location of the hotel next to the harbour and shopping venues was great, especially for easy access to shopping areas. The hotel facilities, particularly the pool, were excellent, providing a relaxing atmosphere. The staff were amazing, enhancing our overall experience.

the luxurious amenities and breathtaking view from the room made it worth every penny spent. the room had exclusive facilities, including a refreshment room, a spacious work table, and private toiletries. the service offered by the staff was outstanding. the in, room breakfast was delicious and prompt, and the pool and bar/lounge area were top, notch. To top it all off, the prime location provided easy access to nearby restaurants and shopping malls.

the Wi, Fi connection in the room was not strong enough, causing disruptions while I was trying to work on my computer.

Attentive staff and great location. During my stay at Marco Polo, I was impressed by the attentive and well-trained staff. Despite the ongoing protests affecting businesses in the area, the staff remained composed and provided excellent service. I want to particularly thank the young gentleman with glasses, Lawrence or Laurant, who took the time to engage with me even though I wasn't staying at the hotel. It was a great chat and showed the dedication of the staff. The hotel's location was also perfect, offering fine views of the harbor. I highly recommend this hotel.

The location was convenient, being close to shopping, transportation, and restaurants. The hotel was clean and well-maintained. The staff, particularly Ken at the front desk and Langga in Housekeeping, were helpful and accommodating. The continental lounge offered excellent service and a high standard of food and beverages.

The hotel offered a great view of the city skyline and harbor, amazing. The location was also excellent, with convenient access to public transportation and nearby attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, going out of their way to ensure a pleasant stay.

The Wi-Fi connection was slow and unreliable, making it difficult to stay connected. Another downside was the outdated and uncomfortable mattress in the room, difficult to get a good night's sleep.

It was also conveniently located near the ferry to Hong Kong Island, making it easy to explore the city. The room was spacious and comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and well-maintained. The service was excellent, with friendly and helpful staff. The breakfast offered a variety of options and was delicious. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities, such as a pool and a balcony with stunning views of Victoria Harbor.

The only downside was the crowded lobby, with inconsiderate guests and tourists.

We indulged in a delicious in, room breakfast and cocktails at the sleek bar/lounge area. This venue exceeded our expectations with top, notch service and pristine facilities.

The only minor issue we encountered was a brief delay during check, in due to a busy front desk.
